Athena AI ("we") provides demand forecasting and supply planning for CPG brands. This policy describes what we collect and how it is used during the design-partner phase.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, workspace membership, and role.
• Business data you provide: product catalogs, sales history (uploaded or synced from connected stores), forecasts, scenarios, and purchase orders.
• Usage events (page views, feature usage) and error reports, used to improve the product.

How your data is handled

• Strict tenant isolation: every record is scoped to your workspace; other customers can never read your data.
• Integration credentials (e.g. Shopify tokens) are encrypted at rest and never exposed to the browser.
• AI features send plan context to Anthropic's API server-side to generate forecasts, answers, and suggestions. Your data is not used to train models. AI usage is metered per workspace.
• We never sell your data.

Retention & deletion

Delete a brand or workspace and its data is removed from the production database. Email us to request full account deletion or a data export.
