Terms of Service

By using Athena AI you agree to these terms. During the design-partner phase the service is provided under individual partner agreements; these terms cover baseline use.

The service

• Athena AI produces forecasts, supply plans, and purchase-order drafts. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees — validate purchasing decisions against your own judgment. AI-generated content is labeled and constrained, but remains a synthesis, not fact.
• You retain all rights to the data you upload or sync. You grant us the license needed to operate the service on it (compute forecasts, generate reports, sync integrations).
• You are responsible for having the rights to any data you connect or upload.

Acceptable use

No attempts to access other tenants' data, probe or overload the service, or resell access without an agreement.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" during the preview. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
